This customized van is equipped with a versatile interior designed for consultation and outreach. It features custom bench seats with fold-up storage, a removable table for workspace, a swivel passenger seat, and a designated area for a printer and electrical cabinet. The rear section includes an under-counter refrigerator, a Keurig machine, and ample storage for folding chairs and a pop-up tent. Additionally, the van is powered by an Onan gas generator plumbed into the vehicle's fuel tank, ensuring seamless operation of all electrical systems, including the A/C and electric awning.
Polk County Prisoner Transport Vehicle
This specialized transport vehicle is designed to securely and safely transport up to 28 prisoners. It features a bench-type seating arrangement with individual lap belts, providing 20 inches of space per prisoner on average. Divided into 4 separate compartments, each with a roof hatch and pull-through hatch for emergency situations, the vehicle ensures easy prisoner removal when necessary. Additionally, the compartments are caged and accessed through multiple doors for added security.
