This outreach van is designed to efficiently transport and distribute shelf-stable food and hot or cold drinks. On the exterior, a 2.8 kW generator was custom installed under the van in a custom-fabricated enclosed box. Although a smaller generator, it provides plenty of electricity to cool and run the van.

The van’s rear features a fold-up concession window cut into the side, with a folding metal counter installed on the exterior under the window. Inside is a counter with a rolling desk chair and an outlet under the counter for a laptop plug-in or the ability for an additional monitor setup. A shallow wall separates this workstation from the rear custom-fabricated shelving unit.

The shelving unit is designed to hold Cambro’s on the lower shelf and dry food on the top two. The shelving is fabricated without a lip for easy loading and unloading. On the passenger side, there is a second shelving unit spanning the whole side, made with a lip to store canned foods or other heavier dry goods.

The concession window is at the very rear on the driver’s side. On the inside, we have extended the box to give the person working the window a small lip to set things on while handing them out.
