This specialized prisoner transport vehicle was expertly designed and built in-house, within our custom fabrication facilities. It accommodates up to 18 prisoners, with a thoughtfully arranged interior that features three distinct compartments. These compartments allow for secure separation of individuals based on offense levels, ages, or genders, promoting safety during transit. Each compartment is outfitted with a roof hatch, providing rapid access for emergency evacuations when traditional doors may be obstructed.

For a more comfortable transport experience, a robust Thermo King air conditioning unit is installed within a tamper-resistant enclosure, safeguarding it from damage or interference. This advanced cooling system effectively distributes A/C throughout the compartments, maintaining consistent temperature control and preventing overheating, even at full capacity.

Access to the vehicle’s compartments is secured via reinforced doors—one located on the passenger side, and another at the rear. The passenger side is designed with a door located near the front of the shelter and it includes a secondary caged access point inside the first door, allowing personnel to have a full visual into the compartment before fully opening it, significantly enhancing security and officer safety during prisoner transfers. Additionally, an aluminum sheeting wall separates the front compartment from the rear, further boosting protection. An L-shaped, durable bench along the rear and driver’s wall provides seating for prisoners during transport.

Convenience in accessing the rear compartments is ensured by a specially engineered three-step bumper, designed in-house for strength and stability, able to endure substantial foot traffic over time. Inside the driver’s side rear compartment, benches are arranged along both side walls for added seating. Meanwhile, the passenger side compartment features a single bench along the outer wall for maximized space. These compartments are also partitioned by a solid aluminum sheeting wall, with secure access provided through both rear doors and their respective see-through secondary caged doors, fostering a safe environment for all occupants and public safety personnel.
