This simulation trailer was built 100% in house by our skilled team starting with the trailer chassis and framing and completed with our skilled craftsmen on our finish side that completes the interiors, wiring and installation of all equipment.
The custom designed trailer was designed to provide a realistic personal watercraft simulation experience. The trailer features two large viewing windows on each side of the trailer allowing onlookers and passersby’s to observe the watercraft simulation in action and generate interest. The Onan 12k commercial-quiet diesel generator is strategically placed at the front of the trailer with exterior access, housed within a custom fabricated box. A second access door, RV battery, and other essential electrical components are on the front street-side corner.
To enhance exterior visibility and accessibility at night, the trailer has scene lights on both sides and rear cargo door. Moving to the interior, an L-shaped counter and overheads are positioned towards the front of the door. The counter extends over the generator enclosure and continues a short way down the street side over an integrated Craftsman tool chest. At the rear, a projector and a retractable screen have been installed to showcase the simulation display when the rear door is not in use.
The interior layout of the trailer is flexible and can accommodate different types of simulation equipment. A dedicated area is designed to house the watercraft and all the simulation equipment, complete with a control unit and steps on the curbside to assist patrons in accessing the simulation. All necessary equipment is seamlessly integrated into the trailer, with specific accommodations fabricated to accommodate each item. The trailer’s floor is reinforced to withstand the additional weight and movement generated by the simulation equipment during use, ensuring safety, stability and durability. This adaptability and robustness make this trailer a reliable choice for businesses and event organizers looking to offer watercraft simulation experiences.
