This mobile hostage negotiation vehicle is a fully functional mobile command vehicle on wheels. It is equipped with a furnished bathroom and six dedicated workstations so it can remain on scene for long hostage negotiation vehicle periods of time with the diesel generator, making it suitable for operations in remote areas and extended hostage negotiation needs. The generator is mounted in an external compartment and plumbed to the chassis fuel tank, ensuring mobility and adaptability to different hostage negotiation vehicle terrains. This compartment is on the driver’s side of the vehicle, as well as the battery and leveling jack pump storage.  A shore cord reel storage was fabricated to hold an extended length of power cable, and lastly on this side is a rear storage box, as well as two additional boxes on the passenger side of the hostage negotiation vehicle.

This strategically equipped mobile command vehicle is designed to always ensure visibility and safety. It comes with four scene lights and ten Whelen LED Red and Blue lights, enhancing its hostage negotiation vehicle tactical readiness. Two grill lights further enhance its visibility. A Whelen siren and speaker system with mounted controls in the cab is installed to complete its tactical features, ensuring ease of use while driving the mobile command vehicle.

This hostage negotiation vehicle is not just about functionality, but also about comfort, even in the most challenging climates. It is outfitted with three roof-mounted A/C units with heat strips and two internal heaters, always ensuring a comfortable internal hostage negotiation vehicle temperature. The roof also features a large antenna and a ladder at the rear of the hostage negotiation vehicle, allowing access for maintenance. An awning on the passenger side provides a shaded area for larger hostage negotiation teams working outside, making it suitable for longer mobile command vehicle operations.

The interior of the hostage negotiation unit is thoughtfully designed, with two rooms separated by a pocket door. The entry room at the front of the vehicle features a bathroom with a small corner sink. To the rear of the entry door is a removable table and a custom-made bench seat with storage underneath on the passenger side of the mobile command vehicle. This area can be an additional workspace if needed.

On the driver’s side of the hostage negotiation vehicle, to the front of the truck, is a custom-made floor-to-ceiling housing for a 19-inch IT rack that houses this truck’s cradle point and has the HDMI port feeds routed into it from the work positions. IT racks next to the pocket door is a line of custom built aluminum cabinets with four hostage negotiation vehicle under-cabinet lights. Off the IT rack is a standing counter with a refrigerator underneath it to keep water, food, or any other hostage negotiation vehicle essentials that must be kept cool while this truck is working as a mobile command vehicle. To the rear of this counter is a sitting-height counter, making up three of the six workstations. Each of these workstations has a duplex, CAT-6 outlets, and the furthest to the rear has an extra CAT-6 and an HDMI that feeds a 55-inch smart TV on the wall, all designed for easy access and use inside the hostage negotiation vehicle.

The rear room of this mobile command vehicle has an escape window for safety, providing an additional exit point in emergencies. Along the driver’s side and rear is an L-shaped counter. Two of the remaining three workstations are along the driver’s side; each has a duplex and two CAT-6 outlets; the closest workstation to the front also has an HDMI port. As for the final hostage negotiation vehicle workstation at the rear of the mobile command vehicle, it has a 50-inch smart TV mounted above the counter but under a second length of custom aluminum cabinet across the rear. On this sixth workstation there are two outlets, four CAT-6 outlets, and an HDMI port. The final feature in this fully outfitted hostage negotiation vehicle is a custom-made cabinet on the curbside of the rear room close to the door; this cabinet has been custom-made to store three different-sized pelican cases with various equipment needed while this hostage negotiation vehicle is in operation.
