The Town of Gilbert requested Quality Vans & Specialty Vehicles remodel their 2006 Winnebago DUI Command Vehicle. The remodel included adding a slide-out with 3 blood draw stations and bench seating, upgrading LED lighting fixtures, installing solid surface counters, and applying a durable waterproof spray in the floor liner for high-traffic areas. Additionally, existing refrigerators were relocated, cabinetry was rebuilt, and the front overhead console was wholly reconstructed. Three new 13.5 kBTU roof-mounted AC systems replaced the existing ones, and a 15,000-watt Wrico generator replaced the original generator after modifications to the generator compartment. These improvements significantly improved the functionality and efficiency of the DUI vehicle and significantly prolonged this mobile command vehicle’s life.
