This trailer was built 100% in house by our skilled team starting with the trailer chassis and framing and completed with our skilled craftsmen on our finish side that completes the interiors, wiring and installation of all equipment.

Our team meticulously tailored this customized 28-foot trailer to perfectly suit this customers’ needs. It was equipped with a custom-fabricated box on the front tongue to securely house the RV battery, ensuring easy access and maintenance. Two scene lights were strategically placed on the curbside of the trailer to the rear of the door, enhancing visibility and safety during operation.

The trailer’s rear ramp door was reinforced, featuring Dual Pit-Pal aluminum ramp extensions with Ultra-Track for efficient and safe vehicle loading and unloading. The interior was meticulously designed to maximize functionality, featuring spare tire storage on the wall at the rear, a 4′ beaver-tail angled rear for ease of vehicle loading, and four rows of Versatie aluminum tracks recessed into the floor for secure vehicle anchoring during transit.

The trailer was equipped with a single A/C unit and two vents for optimal climate control to ensure a comfortable interior environment. The interior was thoughtfully illuminated with four lights in the side corners of the ceiling and four domed lights in the center, providing ample brightness. In the front of the trailer, a custom C-Tech Base Cabinet with eight drawers, a cabinet door opening, floor-to-ceiling C-Tech cabinets, and overheads provide ample storage and organizational space, catering to the specific requirements of this trailer.
