Every unit we produce is specifically designed and fabricated to the client's unique needs. All vehicles and trailers are manufactured at our state-of-the-art facilities in Phoenix, Arizona. Our team handles everything from chassis procurement to final assembly, ensuring strict quality control at every step of the process. Our dedication to American craftsmanship shines through in every vehicle we produce.
Through close collaboration with our CAD / design department, we engineer designs that mirror your wants and needs while improving functionality. Comprehensive blueprints guide our production teams, leading to the creation of vehicles that consistently surpass industry expectations.
Large scale manufacturing starting from the ground up
Once approved, projects can begin immediately without the need to wait for a secondary company or body builder. Chassis are brought directly to our shop from the OEM vehicle chassis manufacturer where we construct the vehicle shelters and attach them to the chassis or completely build the trailers 100% from the ground up. All materials are measured, cut, and welded according to the detailed drawings we've diligently created with the customer. After the shelter is assembled and skinned, it moves on to the interior finishing phase.
Our facility excels in metal fabrication, allowing us to create custom interiors and exteriors that enhance both durability and aesthetic appeal. By bending, cutting, and forming high-quality metals and other materials, we add significant value to your mobile environment, ensuring that every detail meets your specifications.
Our dedicated cabinet shop is a cornerstone of our in-house production. We design and manufacture professional-grade cabinetry, shelving, and seating, combining functionality with style. This integration of craftsmanship eliminates reliance on third-party builders, guaranteeing a perfect fit within your vehicle and accelerating delivery times.
Advanced technology & 100% custom capabilities
In addition to our fabrication capabilities, our expertise in electrical wiring and design further sets QVSV apart. We specialize in equipping vehicles with advanced electrical systems tailored to your needs, whether that includes 120/240-volt AC or 12-volt DC systems, audio and video setups, or emergency lighting. Our customized solutions are developed in-house to ensure reliability and efficiency, powered by generators, solar solutions, or battery banks.
We employ spray foam insulation in our builds to enhance thermal resistance and structural integrity. Its moisture-resistant properties and superior R-rating of 7 per inch make it an ideal choice for maintaining the comfort and durability of your vehicle or trailer.
