Vicki Reber, President, C.E.O.

Vicki brings a full business operations career to Quality Vans & Specialty Vehicles, starting with six years in a big eight public accounting firm (PW) where she served in a multitude of positions including department management and assistant to executive team members throughout various states of their operations. Vicki worked in the timber investment arena for nearly a decade where she was the corporate office manager as well as the Human Resource Manager for a staff of over 100 employees throughout seven field offices. She has held various management positions in land development and marketing industries in Oregon and Arizona, respectively. Vicki has worked for the last ten plus years as a small business owner, managing the administrative/operations side of her Wholesale Distributorship “Interstate Battery Systems of Northern Arizona” with full oversight of HR, AR/AP, Payroll and full range bookkeeping. Vicki brings her great attention to detail, organizational skills and operational quality control to the Quality Vans & Specialty Vehicles team.

Doug Reber, Vice President

Doug has over 30 years of experience in the wholesale distribution industry with a Decade in the wholesale electrical distribution field. The first several years were in sales/marketing then moved into project administration/project management where he was heavily involved with working with plan take-offs, developing bills of materials and producing quotes/proposals with companies such as AMFAC and General Electric. Doug worked with engineering as well as installers and clients to ensure projects met engineering specification and came in on time and budget. The balance of Doug’s distribution career comes from the automotive aftermarket industry. Doug has been a small business owner/operator for over 20 years and is well versed at developing plans, goals, and strategies for company growth as well as 100% customer satisfaction. Doug continues to put the pieces in place to grow the company to the next level while staying true to the company’s core values of honesty, integrity, family, and quality, work that are pillars of Quality Vans & Specialty Vehicles. Doug has a creative and innovative mind that is always seeking new solutions for customer satisfaction. Doug currently works on special projects and in an advisory role.


Jim Nossett, Director of Production & Procurement

Jim has over 36+ Years experience in repair and manufacturing of all types of specialty vehicles. He has an Associates degree in Cabinet and Millwork. Jim has an eye for detail and an innovative approach to specialty vehicle manufacturing. He has an unmatched ability to anticipate and exceed the customer’s needs. Jim is known for his problem-solving abilities, excellent customer communication, and inventive solutions. He faces obstacles head on and has a creative mind to solve almost any problems and build one of the best specialty vehicles you will find.

Thomas Ragland, Director of Sales and Operations

Tom was raised in Southern California and graduated Helix High School in La Mesa, CA. He started his career at a Ford Dealership where he rapidly rose through ranks with positions as a driver, Parts Counterman and eventually the Retail Parts Manager. This wide range of experience assisted him greatly as he took a position with a Global Engineering and Manufacturing Group starting as the shipping manager and growing into a role in Project Management. Working with the end-users as well as the in-house technical support and engineering teams, Tom once again excelled and was promoted to Production Controller. It is this type of interaction and passion that brought him to Quality Vans & Specialty Vehicles’ attention and what will allow him to excel here. Tom is dedicated to bringing together all our in-house resources to solving your unique mobile needs and ensuring that you receive the best customer support throughout the process from inception to construction, delivery and beyond. In 2021, Tom Became the Director of Operations and Sales for both divisions, Quality Vans & Specialty Vehicles and Quality vans & Specialty Trailers and is excited about pushing both brands well into the future and supporting the team.


Dave Rabuck, Sales Manager

Dave grew up in Greendale, Wisconsin where he graduated from Greendale High School. He later graduated from Mesa Community College. Dave was a Class A Member of the PGA of America for 15 years managing several golf shops and discount stores. He’s been in sales of specialty vehicles for over 23 years and a member of the Quality Vans team for an ongoing 13 years. His hobbies include off road exploring and golfing. Dave enjoys a challenge and solving problems. He has an uncanny ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and always looks out for their best interest. Dave is enthusiastic about specialty vehicles and enjoys helping his customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs.

Lee Miller, Purchasing Manager

Lee has 28+ years of experience in recreational vehicle repairs as a purchasing agent and parts manager. He has been in the specialty vehicle manufacturing business for 25 years. Lee is organized and knowledgeable about specialty vehicle parts and products. He takes pride in his ability to help our customers find the best part for the best price. He’s extremely friendly, reliable, and he places a large emphasis on exceptional customer service.


Daniel Lee, Production Foreman

Daniel has been with Quality Vans & Specialty Vehicles for over a decade, starting as a welder and moving his way up to our Production Foreman. A welder by trade, Daniel has been an integral member of our team throughout the years producing and problem solving every project that has been built in our facility. Daniel is a strong mentor and can guide the production team through the builds in every process. On his off time, he enjoys gold panning, the outdoors and fishing.
