Vehicle Description:
The Mobile DUI Processing Vehicle was built for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office using funds allocated from the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety. Quality Vans and Specialty Vehicles built six DUI vehicles in Arizona for DUI Processing and Prevention. The DUI vehicle includes dual processing work centers, a DRE test room, dual custom blood draw stations, and refrigerated blood storage. The DUI Checkpoint Vehicle is fully equipped to handle DUI processing on site and, depending on the case, can cut down the time it takes to process a DUI from several hours to approximately 45 minutes. The DUI Processing Vehicle is a valuable educational tool for Holiday Anti-DUI campaigns and various community DUI education events.
